We are delighted to welcome our new Minister, Simon Walkling and his wife Sue in September 2023.

​

Until recently, Simon was Moderator for the URC National Synod of Wales for 10+ years. This involved the pastoral care of ministers, strategic work with congregations and representing Wales URC Synod within Wales and the wider church.

Simon has previously been a minister in Pontypridd and Rhyl, been a School Governor and served on the URC Equal Opportunities Committee.  Simon and Sue also have a wealth of experience with children and young people, and people at the end of life care.

We are blessed to welcome Simon, Sue and family to Christ Well.
